Vassaltis Vineyards is the newest addition in Vassos Eliades Ltd wine portfolio. It is the most recent winery built on the island of Santorini, producing wines of high quality that express the terroir of this unique island. The 3 main labels are Nassitis, Santorini and Santorini Barrel Aged. Santorini and Santorini Barrel Aged are made from the famous local variety Assyrtiko, whereas Nassitis is made from Assyrtiko and the two other local varieties, Athiri and Aidani. Vassaltis wines are available in fine restaurants, 5* hotels and wine cellars.
